AI Pilot Center

A structured path to real-world AI impact

We introduce AI into real workflows through structured, measurable deployment, starting where it creates immediate value.

AI Pilot Center provides a framework to identify high-value use cases, validate impact quickly, and scale what works.

The AI Pilot Framework provides a practical path from opportunity identification to operational deployment and scale.

IDC pilots are designed to evaluate how AI performs inside existing healthcare workflows, operational systems, and organizational environments.

Controlled pilots provide a structured environment for comparing AI models, including large language models, platforms, vendors, and deployment approaches before broader implementation. IDC evaluates alternatives against specific workflow requirements, operational constraints, cost, integration needs, and defined measures of success.

The Pilot Center gets you a fast, defined answer on whether an initiative is worth scaling. What happens after that decision, proving the system safe enough to run on its own, is where forever pilot syndrome usually sets in next. We carry that same discipline through the parallel-operation period, so scaling has an end date too.

Running a new system alongside your existing one is the right way to prove it's ready. It shouldn't mean paying for both, on every case, for as long as it takes to find out. We build the routing infrastructure that sends only the cases that genuinely need duplicate scrutiny through the parallel check, and lets the rest move through on confidence already earned. The parallel period costs what the risk actually requires, not what a blanket policy defaults to.
